Pol.Gen. Aswin Kwanmuang, Governor of Bangkok, welcomed General Prayut Chan-o-cha, Thailand’s Prime Minister, and his delegation during the inspection visit to COVID-19 vaccination service center for the insured persons under section 33 in the area of Bangkok Metropolis at Kilawet Sport Building 1 of the Bangkok Youth Center (Thai – Japan), Din Daeng district.
COVID-19 vaccination service center for the insured persons under section 33 in the area of Bangkok Metropolis at Kilawet Sport Building 1 of the Bangkok Youth Center (Thai – Japan), Din Daeng District, will provide COVID-19 vaccination service to the insured persons under section 33 who informed consent to receive COVID-19 vaccine to human resource departments of their respective companies in Bangkok area and their information has already been recorded in the e-service system of the Social Security Office. The objective are to control the spread of COVID-19 in business establishments and to create herd community among workers and laborers which will enable business sector to drive forward, COVID-19 pandemic becomes subside, and situation return to normal as fast as possible. Queue management system for vaccinations will be in accordance with the steps that employers have requested via e-service system. The Social Security Office has set up 45 vaccination service points all over Bangkok including at the headquarters of each business establishment where employees or the insured persons are working at. In this regard, the Bangkok Social Security Offices, Area 1 – 12, have already prepared venues, doctors, nurses, pharmacists, and medical supplies at all service points. The target is to inoculate 50,000 people per day or one million people within 20 days.
