(June 8, 2021) Pol.Gen. Aswin Kwanmuang, Governor of Bangkok, had a site visit to inspect the implementation of COVID-19 vaccination service units outside hospital: “Cooperative COVID-19 Vaccination Service Unit: Bangkok Metropolitan Administration – Board of Trade of Thailand” at Big C Supercenter Romklao in Min Buri District, Tesco Lotus Min Buri in Min Buri District, and Robinson Lifestyle Lat Krabang in Lat Krabang District. This is the second day of vaccination service provision to the people registered via SAFE BANGKOK Project: “Thai Ruam Chai, Krungthep Plod Phai” (Thais join hearts, Bangkok is safe).
Yesterday (June 7, 2021), vaccination service provided at all 25 COVID-19 vaccination service units had been implemented successfully and satisfactorily without any obstacles and problems. The units could inoculate 13,052 people. Initially, during June 7 – 14, 2021, each COVID-19 vaccination service unit will provide vaccination service to about 500 – 590 people per day. After that, from June 15, 2021 onwards, the BMA will increase capacity of COVID-19 vaccination service according to the number of COVID-19 vaccines allocated from the Ministry of Public Health.
